All refund requests are subject to a $20 admin fee to cover bank and service fees that are not retrievable. 

VOLLEYBALL CALGARY CAMPS - REFUND POLICY

Withdrawal Two Weeks Prior to Program Start

• A full refund will be issued, minus a $20.00 administrative fee.
• Alternatively, a full credit can be applied towards any future Volleyball Calgary program.
   

Withdrawal Within Two Weeks of Program Start

• 50% of the registration fee will be refunded, minus a $20.00 administrative fee.
• Alternatively, a full credit can be applied towards any future Volleyball Calgary program.
   

Withdrawal After Program Has Started

• No refunds will be provided once the program has begun.
• A pro-rated credit may be available, which can be applied towards future Volleyball Calgary programs.
   

Medical Withdrawals/Absences

• Participants who withdraw or miss sessions due to a medical injury or illness may qualify for a pro-rated credit, applicable to any future Volleyball Calgary program.
