Verbal or physical abuse toward staff, participants, or others

Unsportsmanlike conduct on or off the court

5. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

Payment Terms: Program fees are due upon registration and are based on Volleyball Calgary’s posted rates.

Refund Policy: Refunds are processed according to Volleyball Calgary’s refund policy, which details eligibility for refunds based on timing and circumstances.

Cancellation: Volleyball Calgary reserves the right to cancel any program due to low registration, facility issues, or unforeseen events. In such cases, participants may receive a full refund or have the option to transfer to another program.
