4. Code of Conduct
Participants, coaches, parents, and spectators are expected to uphold respectful conduct, following Volleyball Calgary's code of conduct policies. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in suspension or removal from programs without refund. Prohibited behaviors include but are not limited to:

·       Harassment, discrimination, or bullying of any kind

·       Verbal or physical abuse toward staff, participants, or others

·       Unsportsmanlike conduct on or off the court

5. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

·       Payment Terms: Program fees are due upon registration and are based on Volleyball Calgary’s posted rates.

·       Refund Policy: Refunds are processed according to Volleyball Calgary’s refund policy, which details eligibility for refunds based on timing and circumstances.

·       Cancellation: Volleyball Calgary reserves the right to cancel any program due to low registration, facility issues, or unforeseen events. In such cases, participants may receive a full refund or have the option to transfer to another program.

6. Privacy Policy
By using our Services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy, including details you provide during registration, participation in programs, or any other interaction with our Services.

7. Use of Website Content

·       Intellectual Property: All content on the Volleyball Calgary website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Volleyball Calgary or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or distribution of any website materials is prohibited.
