PROGRAM

Once-a-week Training Camp
- Seasonal Camps: 8-9 weeks long
- Beginners aged 7-9 and 10-12
- Open to boys & girls (co-ed)

FORMAT

90-minute training sessions
(1) 10-15 minutes of warm-up games
(2) 60 minutes of Skill Development
(3) 15 minutes of Team play

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

- Drills introduced in a game setting
- Modified drills to allow for success
- Season-ending Games with door prizes and awards
